Make a difference by joining our team. We are recruiting volunteers first responders - "Pilots" for the hotline
YOUR MISSION:
- Be part of the on-call rotation to answer the hotline while following a simple procedure.
- Be reachable at all times during your “on-call” hours.
- Respond kindly to anyone who called 116 000.
- Transfer the caller's contact information to an experienced counsellor for emergency care.
IF YOU ARE:
- A person who is open, tolerant and comfortable with human contact.
- You are fluent in French and if possible in another national language.
- You are ready to commit yourself fully and voluntarily to our cause over an extended period of time.
